Pelion Villages - Argalasti
This bustling agricultural village in southern Pelion is interesting from an architectural point of view with traditional buildings giving a unique style to the village. The pretty square provides a choice of tavernas with menus offering traditional Greek food. There are a range of shops, many on the small side streets which run off the main square. The market on Saturday mornings is well worth a visit.

Argalasti is well situated for access to beaches on both sides of the peninsula, with some of Pelion's most beautiful on the Aegean side (Potistika, Melani and Paltsi). The beaches and village of the Gulf are also close to hand, with Kalamos and Lefokastro only 5km away.
